Rich Jacques

Mr. Rich Jacques leads the Learning and Development Integrated Delivery Team for the National Agencies Account. In this capacity, Mr. Jacques oversees several contracts that provide instructional systems design, instructional technologies, and human capital services for multiple Federal Government agencies. Additionally, Mr. Jacques helped establish the Training, Education, and Performance Support Community of Practice (CoP) for Booz Allen, which consisted of approximately 1,200 learning practitioners across the firm. This CoP served as the foundation to the newly established Human Capital and Learning Functional Community. Mr. Jacques has over 17 years of experience leading learning related projects, from developing learning strategies to full implementation of distance learning programs. Mr. Jacques has a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Mary Washington, a Masters in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University, and is a certified Program Management Professional and Human Capital Strategist.
