Looking for a way to get healthy, an excuse to get outdoors, learn a new sport, or get together with friends? Choose from more than 40 courses offered by the Physical Activity for Lifetime Wellness program listed within Recreation [RECR] in PatriotWeb. Most courses are geared toward the beginner, meet for half a semester, and offer one or two academic credits.
