Congratulations to Jarrett Perdue, a 2010 alumnus of CEHD, for recognition as Spotsylvania County Mentor Teacher of the Year. More »

Perdue is a graduate of the Initiatives in Educational Transformation program, which offers a master of arts degree and graduate certificates for practicing teachers interested in developing as critically reflective educators.

An eighth grade history teacher at Post Oak Middle School in Spotsylvania, Virginia, Perdue was previously named teacher of the year at the school.
