Undergraduate Certificate in Secondary Education, Earth Science 6–12
Register for an Upcoming Information Session
Earth science is emerging as a profoundly important field in both public perception as well as active science research. Earth science teachers relay to students how our lives and future depend on the depth of our collective understanding of our home planet.
Students who complete both a bachelor's degree and this 23-credit certificate will be eligible for initial Virginia licensure in secondary education 6–12 with an endorsement in Earth science.
