Physics teachers expose their students to a wonderful array of genuinely challenging concepts, questions, and problems in a scientific discipline that underpins a great deal of the world’s technology.
This 23-credit certificate is available only to students pursuing a BS in physics. Students who complete both the bachelor's degree and this certificate will be eligible for initial Virginia licensure in secondary education 6–12 with an endorsement in physics.
